Is there a photo in your collection that you think would make a great jigsaw puzzle? Ever take a really great photo on vacation? Do you have the most adorable shot of your pet? Well this competition is for you!
Submit images that you think would make great puzzles! There will be three winners in each of the following Categories: Scenic & Travel; Animals; and Assorted Favorites. That means ten winners in all! Select submissions will be posted to our Buffalo Games Fan Page for everyone to enjoy.
Winners will receive one custom-made 300 piece jigsaw puzzle that contains all the winning images from his or her winning category as well as one Buffalo Games 1000 piece puzzle of his or her choice. Check out the details below on Contest Rules, How to Submit an Image, and Winning.
Description of Categories
Scenic & Travel consists of interesting buildings, beach scenes, gardens and other picturesque photos you have collected.
Animals consist of photos where animals are the main focus. Dogs, kittens, horses, giraffes or any other animals are valid submissions.
Assorted Favorites consists of anything and everything that does not fit into the previous two categories. Babies, artwork, funny faces or anything else you can think of.
How to Submit an Image
1. Email your entries to competitions@buffalogames.com before August 13, 2010. Please review all contest rules before submitting an image.
2. Include your name, email address, and category you are submitting the attached image for in your email. Submissions will NOT be accepted through the postal service.
3. Images can be a variety of formats, such as jpg, tiff, psd, ai, png, eps, etc. Image must have a minimum file size of 1 MB and a maximum size of 5 MB.
4. One submission per email please.
5. Only five submissions total per person. Example: Steve can submit one to Animals, two to Scenic & Travel, and two to Assorted Favorites. He cannot submit any additional images.
Winning!
A Buffalo Games selection committee will choose winners from each category. Winners will be announced on our Facebook Page on August 17, 2010. Winners will also be contacted via email to obtain their mailing address for their prize. Prizes will be mailed 4-6 weeks after winners have been announced.
Contest Rules
By submitting an image, you represent and warrant that you own all necessary rights in the images and that use of the images by Buffalo Games will not violate or infringe the rights of any third party.
By submitting an image to the Buffalo Games Jigsaw Puzzle Photo Contest, you hereby permit Buffalo Games to use each image you submit on the Buffalo Games website and Facebook Fan Page. If your image is selected as one of the winning entries, you permit Buffalo Games to use your image in the custom-made jigsaw puzzle that will be manufactured as prizes for each contest winner.
No compensation will be payable to you or any other person or entity with respect to any image you submit.
Buffalo Games reserves the right to disqualify any image which Buffalo Games deems offensive or inappropriate.
Buffalo Games shall have the right, but not the obligation, to use your name and/or likeness in connection with the Buffalo Games Jigsaw Puzzle Photo Contest without seeking or receiving your further consent.
