1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
1.1 Minimum Age for Child Users
The HelloBlink Service is designed for children eight (8) years of age and older, used under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Children under eight (8) years of age cannot and should not use the Service. The App presents an on-device age gate at first launch; children who do not meet the minimum age threshold are directed to a non-bypassing end screen.
1.2 Parental Account Requirements
A parent or legal guardian eighteen (18) years of age or older must:
- Create and maintain a HelloBlink parent account;
- Verify the parent account through the required email one-time password (OTP) verification process;
- Provide verifiable parental consent, as described in Section 7.2, before the AI Sticker Maker feature is activated;
- Actively supervise their child's use of the Service;
- No one under the age of 18 may create or hold a parent account.
1.3 No Child Accounts
The Service does not create or support accounts, usernames, profiles, social features, or login credentials for children. The Service processes limited information needed to provide and protect child-facing features, including transient voice input and certain device-level operational information, as described in Sections 7, 8, and 14 and in the Privacy Policy.
1.4 Geographic Availability
The Service is available in markets where the HelloBlink App is listed on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in all jurisdictions. You are responsible for complying with local laws applicable to your use of the Service.
2. Parent and Guardian Responsibilities
By allowing your child to use the HelloBlink Service, you, as the parent or legal guardian, agree to the following responsibilities:
2.1 Supervision
You are solely responsible for:
- Supervising your child's use of the HelloBlink App, connected Bluetooth printer, and AI Sticker Maker;
- Ensuring your child uses the Service in a manner consistent with these Terms;
- Monitoring the sticker content your child requests through the AI Sticker Maker.
2.2 Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your parent PIN and OTP verification codes;
- Keeping your registered email address accessible and secure;
- Ensuring your child cannot access the Parent Zone or initiate purchases;
- Notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
2.3 Age Accuracy
By proceeding past the age-gate screen, you represent that the information entered accurately reflects the child's birth year and that the child meets the minimum age requirement for the Service. You must not use the Service or allow any child to use the Service who is under the minimum age.
2.4 Purchased Content
You are responsible for all purchases made through your parent account, including one-time content pack purchases. You acknowledge that content purchased for one device may be restored to other associated devices within the family device limit.
2.5 Hardware Safety
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring the connected Bluetooth printer and AI Sticker Maker are placed and operated safely, including compliance with any safety guidelines provided with the hardware;
- Supervising your child's use of the thermal printer and printed sticker/tattoo products;
- Ensuring temporary tattoo products are used according to the application instructions provided within the App.
2.6 Internet and Network Security
You are responsible for the security of the home Wi-Fi network to which the AI Sticker Maker is provisioned. Wi-Fi credentials are transmitted exclusively over Bluetooth between your mobile device and the AI Printer device and are never sent to our servers; however, you are responsible for the security of your local network.
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 Parent Account Creation
To access purchase, restore, AI Printer management, and other account-level features, you must create a HelloBlink parent account. Account creation requires:
- Entry of an email address to receive a one-time password (OTP) delivered via MailChimp;
- Verification of the OTP (6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes, subject to rate limits);
- Creation of a parent PIN (4 or 6 digits) stored securely in your device's platform keychain/keystore.
The OTP verification process verifies the email address associated with the parent account. Additional verifiable parental consent is required before the AI Sticker Maker feature may be activated, as described in Section 7.2.
When you enter your email address, the Company and its contracted email-delivery service provider process the address to deliver the one-time password and complete the applicable account-verification process. We do not retain the raw email address as part of your HelloBlink account record after that process is completed. Instead, we retain a pseudonymous identifier derived from the email address for account linkage, authentication, recovery, security, and related compliance purposes. That identifier cannot, by itself, be used to send you an email.
3.2 Account Security Obligations
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information during account setup;
- Keep your PIN and any OTP codes confidential;
- Not share your parent account credentials with or permit access by minors;
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms.
3.3 Account Recovery
You may recover your parent account on a new or replacement device by entering your email address and completing a new one-time-password verification. We temporarily process the email address to complete that verification and match the pseudonymous identifier derived from the entered address to the identifier associated with your account. The raw email address is not added to your account record. A family device cap, which may change from time to time and is currently set at three to five devices per parent account, may prevent additional devices from being associated with your account.
3.4 Account Deletion
You may delete your HelloBlink parent account at any time from the Parent Zone > Settings menu in the App (requires PIN confirmation). Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. See our Privacy Policy for details of what data is deleted upon account removal.
4. The Service — Description and Permitted Use
4.1 What the Service Provides
The HelloBlink Service includes:

- Contains nudity, sexual content, or adult material of any kind;
- Harasses, bullies, or demeans any individual;
- Promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin;
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party;
- Violates the rights, privacy, or dignity of any person.
6. Prohibited Conduct
In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy above, you are specifically prohibited from:
6.1 Circumventing Technical Controls
- Bypassing the age gate, math gate, PIN gate, or any other parental or access control;
- Attempting to access the Parent Zone without the parent PIN;

- Attempting to manipulate the AI safety filter or prompt refinement system to produce non-child-appropriate output;
- Using the photo-import feature to attempt to print or distribute illegal, infringing, or harmful images.
6.5 Impersonation and Misrepresentation
- Misrepresenting a child's age to bypass the age gate;
- Impersonating the Company or any other person or entity;
- Making false or misleading statements about the Service or its features.
The Company reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension, code invalidation, and reporting to law enforcement where required.
7. AI-Powered Features and Sticker Generation
7.1 How the AI Sticker Maker Works
The HelloBlink AI Sticker Maker enables a child to speak a description aloud, which is processed through a multi-stage AI pipeline to generate a custom printed sticker. The AI Printer operates as a standalone device and is set up by a parent within the Parent Zone of the mobile app. The feature is available once a parent has set up and registered the AI Printer device via the Parent Zone.
7.2 AI Printer Verifiable Parental Consent
Before your child can use the AI Sticker Maker feature, we require the parent or legal guardian to complete a separate verifiable parental consent process. This consent process is separate from and in addition to the email OTP verification used to create and verify the parent account as described in Sections 1.2 and 3.1.
- Before the AI Printer can be used, the App collects the email address of a parent or legal guardian;
- We immediately send the parent or guardian an email describing the information collected through the AI Printer, the safety mechanisms in place, and the applicable data deletion schedules, together with a copy of the Privacy Policy, and asks the parent or guardian to affirmatively consent;
- The parent or guardian provides consent by following a link in that email to a webpage where they
affirmatively confirm their consent;
- We then immediately send the parent or guardian a confirmation email noting that consent was received and providing instructions for next steps in the App. This email also explains that consent may be revoked and how to revoke it;
- We retain documentation of verified parental consent for seven (7) years following account deletion, consisting of the pseudonymous identifier derived from the email address, the consent timestamp, the consent method, and the version of the Privacy Policy in effect at the time of consent — not the raw email address.
7.3 AI Content Safety Controls
All voice-to-sticker requests are subject to multi-layer automated safety controls, including:
- Speech-to-text confidence gating: Low-confidence transcriptions are rejected and the child is prompted to try again.
- Recording limits and live feedback: Voice recordings are capped at 15 seconds. The AI Printer device receives continuous progress updates for the duration of the recording so that it can detect if the microphone has gone silent. A recording that is empty, too long, or too large is rejected immediately.
- Automatic retry and response: If speech-to-text processing or another step in the pipeline fails on our side, the system automatically retries once. In every case, the Service is designed to provide the child with either a generated result or a child-appropriate status or error indication.
- Friendly, fixed error messaging: If the AI Sticker Maker still cannot understand a request after the automatic retry, the device displays a friendly light effect that indicates that the user try again.
If a technical problem occurs instead, the device displays various specific light effects as described in the FAQ’s in the App. These are fixed, pre-approved light effect signals; the child’s spoken words are never transcribed back or repeated to them.
- Logging and monitoring: All speech-to-text failures and timeouts are logged and monitored by our engineering team to identify and address recurring issues.
- Automated content safety classification: All AI prompts are evaluated against categories including violence, adult content, and copyright restrictions before image generation proceeds.
- Copyright and content blocklisting: An operator-maintained blocklist prevents generation of
content referencing specified protected terms or characters.
- Human review of edge cases: Prompts flagged by automated systems as borderline may be reviewed by our operations team.
We reserve the right at any time and without notice to reject, filter, or block any voice input, AI prompt, or generated image that our systems or human reviewers determine may produce inappropriate, unsafe, or non-child-appropriate content.
7.4 AI Content Disclaimer
AI-generated content is produced by automated systems and is inherently non-deterministic.
We do not guarantee that:
- AI-generated stickers will precisely match the child's spoken description or expectation;
- All voice input will be accurately transcribed;
- Generated images will meet any particular aesthetic standard;
- The AI pipeline will be continuously available without interruption.
We shall not be liable for the specific form, appearance, or content of any AI-generated sticker image that passes our content safety checks, or for any dissatisfaction with AI output quality or relevance.
7.5 Voice Data and Prompt Retention
Voice audio submitted through the AI Printer is processed within the Company’s controlled cloud environment and by contracted infrastructure providers acting solely on the Company’s behalf. Voice audio is used only to convert the request to text, apply safety controls, and generate the requested sticker. It is not released to third parties for their independent use, retained in an account profile or persistent database, used for advertising or profiling, used to create a voiceprint, or used to train artificial-intelligence models. Voice audio is automatically deleted promptly after processing and, in all cases, within 60 seconds after speech-to-text processing is completed.The resulting text prompt may be retained for up to 30 days solely for service-quality review, safety review and calibration, troubleshooting, and legal or regulatory compliance. During that period, the prompt is not associated with the child’s name, voice recording, parent account, or other direct identity information and is not used for advertising, profiling, or model training. It is automatically deleted at the end of the retention period unless limited additional retention is required by law.
7.6 Responsible Use of AI Features
Parents are responsible for ensuring their child uses the AI Sticker Maker in accordance with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 5. We encourage parents to:
- Monitor the types of sticker requests their child submits;
- Explain to their child that not all voice requests will be approved, and that the App may ask them to try a different description;
- Report any AI-generated content that appears inappropriate to
8. Connected Devices — Bluetooth Printers and AI Sticker Maker
8.1 General Device Terms
HelloBlink is designed for use with compatible Bluetooth thermal sticker and tattoo printers ("Bluetooth Printer") and the HelloBlink AI Sticker Maker device ("AI Printer"). These hardware devices are separate products governed by their own hardware warranties and terms provided by the respective hardware manufacturer or retailer.

AI Printer devices are authenticated with our cloud services using cryptographic credentials (device API tokens). You are responsible for:
- Not sharing or disclosing the AI Printer's authentication credentials;
- Notifying us promptly if the device is lost, stolen, or transferred;
- Contacting to deactivate a lost or transferred device.
8.6 Device Fleet Monitoring
We monitor the online/offline status, general health indicators, and firmware version of registered AI Printer devices for operational and safety purposes. This monitoring uses a pseudonymous device identifier and device-level operational information. We use that information solely to maintain functionality, security, regulatory compliance, and device support and does not use it for advertising, behavioral profiling, or contacting a specific child.
8.7 No Subscription for Devices
The HelloBlink Service does not include a subscription or rental model for hardware. Physical printer and AI Printer devices are purchased separately. We do not offer device leasing or subscription hardware services.
9. In-App Purchases and Billing
9.1 One-Time Purchases
HelloBlink offers one-time in-app purchases of content packs through the native billing systems of Apple (App Store / StoreKit) and Google (Google Play Billing). All such purchases:
- Are one-time payments (not subscriptions);
- Are final and non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform-specific refund
policies;
- Are subject to the pricing and billing terms of Apple or Google, as applicable;
- Require parent PIN or biometric confirmation before purchase initiation.
By completing an in-app purchase, you agree to the applicable App Store or Google Play payment terms in addition to these Terms.
9.2 Parental Purchase Gate
All in-app purchase flows require the parent to confirm the purchase via PIN or biometric authentication. Children cannot initiate, confirm, or complete any purchase without parental authorization. If a purchase is made without your knowledge, contact Apple or Google directly for assistance with their respective refund policies.
9.3 Purchase Restore
Purchased content pack entitlements may be restored to a replacement or new device by authenticating your parent account via email OTP. Restoration is subject to the family device cap. We do not guarantee restoration of entitlements purchased more than 36 months before the restore request, or entitlements that cannot be verified against a valid platform purchase record.
9.4 Pricing
Prices for in-app purchases are as displayed in the App's store screen at the time of purchase. Prices may vary by region and are set by us in accordance with the relevant platform's pricing rules. We reserve the right to change prices for future purchases at any time.
9.5 Taxes
You are responsible for any applicable taxes (including sales tax, VAT, or GST) arising from your purchase of in-app content. Apple and Google collect and remit applicable taxes on
the Company’s' behalf in most jurisdictions.
10. Content Packs and Unlock Codes
10.1 Physical Product Unlock Codes
Content packs included with physical HelloBlink printer products are unlocked by scanning the QR code or entering the alphanumeric code (format: HB-XXXX-XXXX) printed on the packaging. By redeeming a code, you agree that:
- Each code is single-use only; once redeemed, it cannot be redeemed again;
- Codes have an expiry date as printed on the packaging or as configured by our operations team;
- The Company is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged codes on physical packaging;
- Reselling or trading unlock codes is not permitted under these Terms.
10.2 Code States and Error Handling
Upon code redemption, the following outcomes are possible, each with a corresponding in-app explanation:
- SUCCESS: Pack unlocked and immediately accessible;
- USED: Code has already been redeemed;

Where a paid content pack is removed from the Service, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and an appropriate remedy.
10.4 Locked and Unlocked Content
The App's gallery clearly distinguishes between content the user has unlocked (accessible) and content available for purchase or unlock (locked). Viewing locked content previews does not constitute purchase or entitlement.
11. User-Generated and AI-Generated Content
11.1 User-Created Content
The App enables users to create custom sticker designs using the drawing canvas, text tool, and photo-import features. Content created using these tools is:
- Stored exclusively on the user's local device;
- Not transmitted to or stored on the Company’s servers;
- Not reviewed, moderated, or accessible by the Company.
You retain full ownership of content you create using the App's creation tools. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you create and print does not infringe the rights of others.
11.2 AI-Generated Sticker Content
Sticker images generated by the AI Sticker Maker pipeline ("AI-Generated Content"):
- Are created by automated systems on our servers and delivered to the AI Printer device;
- Are not stored by the Company after delivery;
- Are owned by the Company to the extent any intellectual property subsists in them, subject to applicable law regarding AI-generated works;
- May be used by you solely for personal, non-commercial printing purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise commercialize any AI-generated sticker beyond printing it for personal use.
11.3 Content You Provide to the AI Pipeline
By submitting a voice request to the AI Sticker Maker, you grant the Company a limited license to process that input for the sole purpose of generating the requested sticker image. Voice audio is purged within 60 seconds of processing. The resulting text prompt may be retained for up to 30 days solely for service-quality review, safety review and calibration, troubleshooting, and legal or regulatory compliance. During that period, the prompt is not associated with the child’s name, voice recording, parent account, or other direct identity information and is not used for advertising, profiling, or model training. It is automatically deleted at the end of the retention period unless limited additional retention is required by law. See Section 7.5 and our Privacy Policy for full details.
11.4 No Child-Generated Cloud Content (BLE Printers)
Drawings, text, and photo-based stickers created and printed via Bluetooth printer are processed entirely on-device and are not uploaded to or moderated by the Company’s cloud services. The Company has no visibility into or responsibility for content printed via BLE from user-generated designs.
12. Intellectual Property Rights
12.1 Company Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the HelloBlink Service — including the mobile application, backend software, design system, artwork, animations, content pack designs, brand name, logo, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of the Company or its licensors.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property right to you. Your license to use the Service is limited to the rights expressly granted in Section 4.2.
12.2 Feedback
If you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback about the Service to the Company, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and incorporate your feedback for any purpose, without compensation or attribution to you.
12.3 Watermarks
Content packs may include watermarks rendered in a protected zone on printed output. You may not attempt to remove, obscure, or alter any watermark applied by the App or our content delivery systems.

13. Licensed Content (Disney Edition)
13.1 Disney Licensed Hardware and Content
The HelloBlink Disney Edition is a co-branded product tier that includes Disney-licensed sticker content accessible exclusively on approved Disney-edition printer hardware. Disney-licensed content is:
- Governed by a license agreement between the Company and The Walt Disney Company;
- Accessible only when the mobile app validates that the connected Bluetooth printer's hardware matches an approved Disney-licensed device;
- Not transferable to or accessible on non-licensed printer hardware.
13.2 Disney Trademark and Brand Compliance
All Disney-licensed content and branding in the HelloBlink Disney Edition is used in accordance with Disney's contractual requirements. You may not reproduce, redistribute, modify, or use Disney-licensed sticker content in any manner that exceeds the personal printing use permitted by these Terms. Disney trademarks, characters, and content are the intellectual property of The Walt Disney Company and its subsidiaries.
13.3 Hardware Validation
If a child attempts to print Disney-exclusive content on a non-licensed printer, the App will display a friendly "wrong printer" message. This validation is enforced at the app and server level; the Company does not guarantee that all counterfeit or modified hardware will be detected.
13.4 Disney is Not a Party to These Terms
These Terms are solely between you and the Company. The Walt Disney Company is not a party to these Terms and bears no responsibility for the HelloBlink Service, the App, or the connected hardware.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the HelloBlink Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at [INSERT PRIVACY POLICY URL] and within the App (Parent Zone > About > Privacy Policy).
The Company operates the HelloBlink Service and is responsible for the information practices described in the Privacy Policy, including compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). The Company may use affiliates and contracted service providers to process information on its behalf, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, how we use and protect it, your rights, and how to contact us about privacy matters. By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.
If these Terms conflict with the Privacy Policy concerning the collection, use, disclosure, retention, security, or deletion of personal information, the Privacy Policy will control to the extent of that conflict. For all other matters, these Terms will control.
Key privacy commitments:
- We do not create child accounts or knowingly collect identifying profile information from children. To provide the AI Sticker Maker feature, a child's brief voice input is transmitted for processing
and is automatically deleted within 60 seconds after speech-to-text processing is completed.
- We do not retain a parent’s raw email address as part of the parent’s HelloBlink account record. The Company and its email-delivery providers temporarily process the address to provide verification, consent, confirmation, recovery, and similar parent-requested communications. Limited encrypted transactional information and delivery or security records may be processed or retained for the period reasonably necessary to complete and protect those communications. We retain a pseudonymous email-derived identifier for account linkage and related purposes. This account practice does not apply when a parent voluntarily emails customer service or Legal, subscribes to marketing communications, or provides an address in another context in which retention is reasonably necessary.
- Wi-Fi credentials for AI Printer setup travel only over Bluetooth between your phone and the device. They are never sent to our servers.
- Every voice request to the AI Sticker Maker is designed to always result in a response to the child, even if speech-to-text processing fails or times out. Error messages shown to the user as various light effects are fixed and pre-approved; the child’s spoken words are never transcribed back or repeated to them.
15. Content Moderation and Safety
15.1 AI Content Moderation
All AI-generated content requests are subject to automated safety classification and, for edge cases, human review, as described in Section 7. Content that is found to be inappropriate, harmful, or violating these Terms will be rejected. The child will be notified of a rejection via the AI Printer's LED indicator.
15.2 Reporting Unsafe Content
If you encounter AI-generated content that appears inappropriate, harmful, or violating these Terms despite having passed our automated systems, please report it immediately to with a description of the content and the approximate time of generation. We take all such reports seriously.
15.3 Moderation Rights
The Company reserves the right to:
- Reject any AI generation request that our systems or staff determine may produce inappropriate output;
- Add terms, characters, or categories to the content blocklist at any time;
- Adjust content safety thresholds to increase or decrease the strictness of filtering;
- Terminate access to the AI Sticker Maker feature for any device or parent account that systematically attempts to elicit prohibited content;
- Suspend or terminate a parent account where repeated attempts to circumvent content safety controls are detected.
15.4 No Liability for Moderation Decisions
The Company shall not be liable to you for:
- Rejection of any AI generation request based on our content safety controls;
- Any failure to detect all potentially inappropriate AI-generated content, given the inherent limitations of automated content moderation.
16. Account Suspension and Termination
16.1 Termination by You
You may close your HelloBlink parent account at any time through the App (Parent Zone > Settings > Delete Account). Deletion is immediate, permanent, and irreversible. Purchased content entitlements associated with the account are permanently removed.
16.2 Termination by the Company
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy;
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct;
- You repeatedly attempt to circumvent content safety, access control, or billing systems;
- You create multiple accounts to evade a suspension;
- Required by applicable law, court order, or regulator directive;
- Continued provision of the Service to you creates legal, security, or compliance risk for the Company.
16.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your license to use the Service is immediately revoked;
- Your parent account and associated data are deleted per our Privacy Policy;
- Purchased content entitlements are forfeited without refund (except where required by applicable law);
- Any outstanding code redemption attempts in offline queue will not be completed.
16.4 Suspension vs. Termination
In less severe cases, the Company may suspend your account rather than terminate it, pending investigation or resolution of the issue. We will attempt to notify you of any suspension the next time you sign in to your parent account. Consistent with Section 3.1, we do not retain your email address in a form that would allow us to contact you directly.
17. Service Availability and Modifications
17.1 Service Availability
The Company will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the availability of the HelloBlink
Service. However, we do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times or without interruption. We may take the Service offline for maintenance, updates, security responses, or other operational reasons. We will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.

- Add, modify, or remove features of the Service;
- Adjust AI generation parameters, safety thresholds, or content blocklists;
- Modify the content library or pack availability;

Where a modification materially and adversely affects paid features or purchased entitlements, the Company will provide reasonable advance notice.
17.3 Feature Flags and Maintenance Mode
The Company may activate maintenance mode or disable code redemptions globally for operational or security reasons. During such periods, affected features will be temporarily unavailable with appropriate in-app messaging.
17.4 Discontinuation
The Company reserves the right to discontinue the HelloBlink Service in whole or in part. In the event of a full Service discontinuation, The Company will provide reasonable notice and endeavor to offer a commercially fair resolution for outstanding purchased entitlements.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of implied warranties. To the extent such laws apply to you, some of the above exclusions may not apply. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
19. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

20. Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

21. Connected Device Safety and Product Limitations

The HelloBlink Bluetooth thermal printer and AI Sticker Maker use thermal printing technology. Please note:
- The printing head and freshly printed output may be warm immediately after printing. Keep the device away from flammable materials.
- Follow all safety and operating instructions included with the hardware.
- The printer is intended for use with HelloBlink-approved paper (sticker and tattoo paper). Use of unapproved materials may damage the device or produce unsafe output.
- The device is intended for use by children aged 8 and older under adult supervision. Young children should not operate the device unassisted.
21.2 Temporary Tattoo Safety
Temporary tattoo paper sold for use with HelloBlink printers is intended for use on healthy, unbroken skin. Always follow the application instructions provided within the App (accessible from the tattoo print success screen and the help guide). If any skin irritation, allergic reaction, or adverse effect occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a medical professional.
The Company makes no representation regarding the suitability of any paper or ink product for
individuals with specific skin conditions, allergies, or sensitivities.
21.3 Sticker Content Warnings
Printed sticker and tattoo content is intended as a novelty/craft product for children. Stickers and temporary tattoos are not toys and should not be swallowed or placed near the eyes or on broken skin. Keep printed materials away from infants and toddlers.
21.4 Wi-Fi Provisioning Limitation
Wi-Fi credentials entered during AI Printer setup are transmitted directly from the mobile app to the AI Printer hardware via Bluetooth and are never sent to the Company’s servers. The Company is not responsible for the security of your local Wi-Fi network, the confidentiality of credentials stored on the AI Printer device hardware, or any consequences of Wi-Fi credential compromise.
21.5 Bluetooth Connectivity Limitations
Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) connectivity performance varies by device, environment, and interference conditions. The Company does not guarantee connection stability, print reliability, or specific Bluetooth range. In the event of a print failure due to connectivity loss, the App will provide recovery guidance.
22. Export Controls and Sanctions
You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a jurisdiction subject to a United States Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on
any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties, including the Specially Designated Nationals list administered by OFAC. You agree not to use the Service in any manner that violates applicable United States export control laws or regulations, or applicable economic sanctions laws.
23. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide rights that cannot be contracted out of, those rights are not affected by this choice of law clause.
24. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
24.1 Informal Resolution
Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. The Company will use good faith efforts to resolve consumer complaints within 30 days of receiving notice.
24.2 Binding Arbitration
Subject to the exceptions in Section 24.4, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.
Arbitration shall be conducted remotely by videoconference or telephone, or, if either party requests an in-person hearing, at a location reasonably convenient to both parties. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, subject to limited review on grounds permitted by applicable arbitration law.
24.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND THE COMPANY AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If this class action
waiver is found unenforceable, then the entirety of Section 24.2 shall be deemed void.
24.4 Exceptions to Arbitration
Either party may seek relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for:
- Claims seeking injunctive or other equitable relief for intellectual property infringement;
- Claims that qualify for small claims court, which may be brought in the small claims court located in the county of your residence;
- Enforcement of a valid arbitration award.
24.5 Jurisdiction for Exceptions
Except for small claims actions under Section 24.4, which may be brought in the small claims court located in the county of your residence, for all other matters excluded from arbitration under Section 24.4, each party consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York State, and waives any objection to the exercise of personal jurisdiction by such courts.
24.6 Time Limitation on Claims
ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE MUST BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION ACCRUES, OR SUCH CLAIM IS PERMANENTLY BARRED. THIS LIMITATION DOES NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
25. App Store Compliance
25.1 Apple App Store
The following terms apply if you download the HelloBlink App from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and the Company only, not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- The license granted is a non-transferable license to use the App on any Apple-branded product that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your use of the App.
- Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms with respect to this Section 25.1 and will have the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

- No data collection from children beyond what is necessary for the app's functionality;
- Adherence to all applicable children's content standards for the applicable age rating.
26. Severability, Waiver, and Entire Agreement
26.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
26.2 No Waiver
The Company's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
26.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features of the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
26.4 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder without the Company’s prior written consent. The Company may freely assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. If Ceaco Inc. ceases operations, is dissolved, or no longer participates in the Service, Buffalo Games LLC will remain a party to these Terms and may continue to exercise the Company’s rights and perform the Company’s obligations without requiring further consent from you. Any such change will not reduce your non-waivable consumer rights.
27. Changes to These Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the "Effective Date" at the top of this document;
- Display a prominent notice within the App.
For changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
