Buffalo Games makes every effort to ensure that all of our products are without defect in workmanship. If you find that you are missing a piece/pieces to your jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or continue to our missing piece form. Simply complete the form here and we will send you a puzzle free of charge from our selection of replacements. At this time we have a limited selection replacement process in place for puzzles, however, we will do our best to offer you a sufficient replacement puzzle. Please note that we are not able to replace missing individual pieces.

We apologize for any issues you had with your Buffalo Games product. If you have a damaged jigsaw puzzle, you can either return the puzzle to the point of purchase or use our missing piece form to get a new puzzle.
